It's surprising these two are being considered for banishment when clear social terrorists like Woody and Dster are happily firing off their hate speech, bait threads and racism. I'm a newbie so I'll shut up now, I just had to pop that one out. :(

it isnt a public lynching. it is a chance for forum members to express themselves in an anonymous fashion (the voting) on a pertinent issue to a moderator.

if it were a public lynching, there would be no poll, james would have said "LETS GET EM, BOYS!! WOO HOO!!! DOWN WITH THESE 2!!"

or are you just upset that the poll doesnt express what you hoped for?

I disagree ... Kiwi is simply a spammer (doesn't have the grammar ability to do otherwise, or the will to acquire it, apparently) whereas Foley is more than that.
 
foley has admitted to just copy/pasting his threads on multiple forums, as well.
regardless of content, i dislike both of their methods of discussion. thats why i voted the way i did.

i see no difference.

the point of the poll is for james to gauge whether their posts are disruptive to the majority of users.

it is a good idea. there should be a constant poll for ALL of the regular users.

If anything, the "I don't care" votes should work in their favour. Because if the voters don't care if Brian and Kiwi stay, then its apparent that the voters don't feel that Kiwi and Brian are disruptive. Hence, they should not be banned.
 
I think it's high time James gave some indication of how the 'don't care/don't know' votes will be used.
