Kill the apostrophe

I came across this in another forum where someone started out objecting to the grocer's apostrophe, and calling for making apostrophe misuse a hanging offense. Seemed a bit extreme...

Why stop with the apostrophy?

Lets ban all punctuation because some idiots dont know how to use it

And while were at it lets simplify speling becos some peeple cant spel proply and it wud make lyf eeseer for them
