First three lines, agree.

Fourth line, no, wars will continue around the globe, so long as ideology and religion continue to subvert reason and humanity.

Sixth line, well, Israel helped create Hamas, too. US can't take all the credit for that.

All Israelis? All of them?

Note how you edited the quote; your answer is in the part of the sentence you cut out: … it's the most consistent cultural expression of modern Israel.

So, why did you do that?

(Seriously, I even used a semicolon↑ because enough people tend to read too much into full stops, i.e., your answer was in the same sentence you were questioning, except you edited that part out.)

Tiassa, apologies. I am not as devious as you think. If that statement had caveats then fine.
I will check out the context

UK pledges £4m to clear land mines to help flow of aid in Gaza

EXCERPT: There are an estimated 7,500 tonnes of unexploded munitions currently stopping support reaching Palestinians, the Foreign Office said.

Foreign Secretary Yvette Cooper, who will make a visit to the region at the end of this week, said: "We must do everything we can to flood Gaza with aid."

The funding will help with the delivery of explosives experts, equipment and education in the region, the Foreign Office said.

Cooper said: "The situation in Gaza is desperate without the vital humanitarian support they need."

"Today I am announcing £4m for the UNMAS in Gaza, funding that will help clear the explosives and rubble as part of the UK's effort to ensure aid can be delivered safely.

"We will not be able to get relief at the scale so desperately needed in Gaza without clearing munitions and making progress on the pathway for lasting peace." (MORE - details)
