...for example, you could still....: type into the address bar (NOT SEARCH BAR !!) of your "Browser" the following - omitting the quotation marks - " 70.38.7.194 " and hit your "Enter" key....

That's a staggering task but entirely possible. I will provide a link where you can watch DDoS happen in real time! =] This map is really entertaining to watch when you know there are massive DDoS attacks from say, China, being launched.
