I think I killed my car..

You'll have a job, that's how.

They don't have cash to hand out when you don't have a plan.

Then, it would appear that you're not really looking for a job at all. And if you were serious about it, you wouldn't keep making excuses.

1.. I have plans, they just dont include you.. sorry my dear....

and how does I am about to try to start a home business have to do with anything about "apparently I am not looking for work?"

Well, I got it back from the shop and it runs fine. It cost me 358 euros, so I got a break there.
I'll be keeping my eyes open for any good secondhand cars though. And I'm going to save more to be able to buy a new one when the time comes.
I think it'll be fine though. At least, they said it is fine.

Well, it wasn't fine.
I could smell exhaust gas inside the car and it still ran hot, so I returned it.
Turns out they forgot to install some ring for the exhaust pipe
And the reason it ran hot was because the thermostat was busted. It was stuck in closed position.
Anyway, they fixed it (for another 258 euros). It now runs great, almost better than it ever did. I still think I came off relatively cheap considering that I could have killed it.
The day after I picked it up from the shop I noticed that the body work was damaged just above the right rear wheel. It looks like it was scraped along a brick wall. It couldn't have happened after I picked it up because I immediately parked it (at home) with the right-hand side of the car facing some bushes. So I suspect that it happened at the shop and they just didn't tell me
There is no way I can prove that they did it because I parked the car on their premises in the afternoon the day before.
Oh well.. :bawl:
At least it's fixed..
