What I do with steak now is make stir fry with onions and peppers. If I have garlic on it, I throw that in, too.

I'm a huge fan of olive oil...

We went to the Black Swan last night and it was crap. My husband is still pissed.

We had
*Choice N.Y. Strip Steak
Grilled Choice Strip Loin with Sautéed Mushrooms, Whipped Potatoes,
Vegetable du Jour and Cabernet Butter Rosette $28.95

The potatoes were instant. It was the only choice of potatoe you could have. I hate mashed potatoes. blech
