True, but he is not seeing floaters. No short strings etc. Only round bright spots that seem to move rapidly in the air, but are white blood cells in his retinal blood vessels.
I can see minute internal molecules/particles in air with my NAKED EYES. what I do?

I have the same thing and it just so happens to have really caught my attention today more... I am outside staring at the moon and all around are little clear circles moving about that I have seen before but never realized. I can sense ppls energies
And just wanted a bit more info on this subject. I know its not my eyes because I can follow these fast moving clear circles
Quite correct Billy. Using a bright blue sky as a background can help you see them quite well (if your visual acuity permits it of course).
Yes a uniform field of illunination as background should help see these moving circles of light that pass thru the opaque blood vessels. Note that if they were static, like the blood vessel shadows, they would not be seen - the brain "fills in" all static parts of the retinal image. I.e. you do not see the shaddows of the blood vessels which are IN FRONT OF the photosensitve cells of the retina but these moving with blood flow spots of illumination breaking up the linear shaddow lines are seen.
However your visual accomodation / acuity, etc. can be terrible with no reduction in the visibility of these moving circular spots. - They are like "contact prints" of a negative, not anything that is focused by the eye. You just falsely interpert these moving spots as being something externally moving. - Sort of like saiatic pain in the leg is a false interpretation of where the damage is.
Perhaps, on second thought, the eye´s ability focus well does have an effect: If you have never seen anything sharply defined, then the brain may not make a false interpretation of them as sharp edged circular spots moving externally. What you see is a mental construct, based in part on experience, not simply the image on the retina.

I got this once. I was sitting in the dog park field and I seen a bunch of moving particles in the air. It was basically seeing microscopic cells moving. It was really beautiful. I get squiggles in my retina this is not even close to the case. It's looks almost like clear/ white fairys lol. It's def living particles in the air. One thing I did consider was there was a power plant 300 feet away, I was thinking it might have been particle rays coming off that. But it was def a miracle. My boyfriend couldn't see it either. I would focus and follow a particle and it would move like a firecracker, no particular patern. I wish I knew how to focus my brain to do it automatically or figure out what I ate or what the charge was in the air so I can study and somehow figure out something off it. If you know how to focus in and you seen what I did, I would def research and put it to use. I have been arguing for some time is that every human has powerful brain waves that give off energy. If we can prove that, many people could start to figure out why people feel depressed or are conditioned by surroundings or signalled by a brain wave that interrupts situations. I also noticed certain situations lights flicker with a negative or even concentrated mind set. I believe some people may be more more connected to the world than others, it comes with awareness. This is a blessing! I'm very interested to hear if anyone else feels this or believes it. I feel I'm onto something big!

With me there is no rhythm that might be your brain processing that. If you seen what I seen, they are free living molecules that run fast. My bf just reminded me I thought they were mini mini spirits lol. Like scoby foo lol.
I also see this from time to time. From my observations, it appears to be some type of interconnected flower type structure and the 'petals' are all wiggling about really fast. Waving up and down. Spinning and breathing. It's really hard to describe. Another way I see it,it is like a body with the arms and legs constantly waving from side to side. It's pretty cool!
