HTTP 451 Error: A new code for internet censorship

The 451 HTTP status code is now official standard when internet users hit a web page that has been blocked for legal reasons, i.e. censorship.
New code 451 is a reference to Ray Bradbury’s censorship dystopia Farhenheit 451.

Somehow I assume that governments which supress the delivery of content also will not allow the return of a 451 code for supressed content. Censorship that is so obvious is unliked by the ones in power.
