how do u know it's ok then?... your intelligence may be ok but u can't be sure of yr iq unless u take the test...!!!! i've not taken a test either coz they're boring and i dont want to concentrate and they're hard and annoying!!!!!!
 
Been tested twice... 146 & 155.

Actually though, I define "intelligence" in several parts:

1. Raw horsepower - This is similar to IQ and consistents of ones ability to draw insight from observation, manipulate abstract thought, and recognize patterns.

2. Recollection - Simple memory. The more facts and observations one has at their disposal, the more material one has to make insights.

3. Confidence - The ability to go from a to b to c to d without getting tripped up or sidetracked.

4. Objectivity - The ability to isolate one's fears, desires, and principles from the matter at hand.
 
I am not a moron yet, far from being a retardate, however I am sure that I am one of the average, which is way worse than being a moron.

lol i forgot about this. when I was like 27 or something in college (I was a late comer to the college scene, graduated 2 weeks before turning 30) I went and took a battery of test to see if I had ADD. it didn't cost me a dime, the state paid for it and then when they decided I was "mildly add" they gave me free money for a year of school. it was sweet. anyway, what was funny to me was the specific analysis of my intellect they offered. the tests were given over like 4 separate visits. the day I took the IQ test I showed up stoned. i had no idea they were going to be testing me for IQ that day. lol. okay so anyway they gave me three numbers, the last two seeming most interesting to me in combination:

IQ: 119 (stoned)
Verbal reasoning: over 99th percentile.
Processing speed: about 15th percentile.

LOL.

I'm some kind of retarded savant. Seems to fit.
 
well, i had no intention of scamming anyone. i wuz supa poor and the assistance was buku appreciated.
 
I have the slight impression that some people here lie about their IQs.... :rolleyes:

Anyways... mine is actually 124 (but I completed the test in less then 5 minutes, without using paper and pencil). I think it's pretty low, and I'm not satisfied with it at all. But whatever. It is more of a blessing to be happy then to be a genius...
