In regards to poll:
Now we just need to apply the heights given to an IQ test and we'd have something to generate stereotypes with.

In regards to current off-topic trend:
I think there might be a great pruning coming up shortly on this thread (and a few others) since the topic keeps being mistaken for an excuse to avoid it.

It's not like it is a particularly scientific or important thread to start with.

Please don't be too precious.
Some of us actually had a shitful day and the crap with Bells has left me feeling like being a little frivolous by way of regaining some sanity.( it's my way)

Thanks.

Actually, I have hidden small nuggets of scientific knowledge in at least 20% of my posts in this thread.

It's just that you don't recognize it without pre-knowledge.

Cheers monkey, I actually do the same although Ii'm not as scientific as you so I probably run at about 10 %

I love your style, it's the only way I can absorb!
I'm only ever on here late at night and long posts tend to do my tired eyes and head in.( I still read them on occasion though)

Stryder, this is serious, please understand there are different people with different wants and needs around here.

and moreover, since the moderator team mostly consists of non-scientists they actually often fail to see the scientific content. :itold:

It's a stupid, trivial, pointless, worthless, eminently spammable topic. I found the stuff about hooves and horses far more interesting. I learnt something about the development of cloven hooves.

Which accidentally makes the thread worth something, at least.

I'm a non-scientist, my elitist retard friend. But that didn't stop me from observing a dull thread flare briefly into something vaguely interesting.

So instead of shoving it (scientific content) where folks won't see it why don't you post it higher up with a catchy title so Satyr's imbeciles will read it? Or are you all afraid that someone will take you too seriously?

Bceause, sniffy, he is in an ABSOLUTELY ENORMOUS!!! strop at the moment which I think we are ALL now hoping he will soon tire of.

I would like my monkey back.

personally I am still boycotting sciforums.

No effort regarding serious science on my behalf.

Now, unfortunately my brain is trained for seance and stuffed with it. As much as I would like to delete it all, the biological brain is not a hardrive that can be deleted at a whim.

I'm stuck with it. It seeps out. I am fighting a battle with free will and losing it.
