What is the fastest way to get $75.00?

This is a somewhat dire matter, female friend of mine - chlamydia... no idea whether or not she actually has it, but past sex partner said he did... this was a month ago.

She needs $75 for a test, because insurance will not cover it where she is and her parents are assholes.
