From Newton to Pierre-SimonLaplace have realized that the speed of gravity on objects is very huge. But this viewis not consistent with GR. I don’t know if GR is the only correct solution to gravity. If not, then the gravity model under the influence of gravitational waves provides a new way for humans to study the universe.

Gravity waves move in only one direction , out from the source . Gravity waves move away from the source . Not inward towards the source .
