Can someone recommend a good graphics card in the around £100 ($200) price range? I'm looking for game framerates, and would prefer ATI. Thanks!

Try a Radeon X700 256MB, I have one and I love it.
I have heard, though, that the nVidia GeForce 6600GT 128MB has superior performance for about the same price.

ATI Radeon 9800 Pro 128MB can be found for a few US dollars above $200, with shipping, at various online stores.
$202 at Newegg.com, retail box - although they don't ship outside US or Canada I think.
$201 at eWiz.com, retail box - they do ship outside the US and Canada.
Nvidia's Geforce 6600 GT is worth considering. I've seen benchmarks from a bunch of sites that show it performs slightly better than the 9800 Pro.
$193 + shipping here, retail box - you'll have to send them an email and ask about shipping outside the US.
Finding those cards for $200 at traditional retail stores would be hard.

The Connect 3D cards are awesome for the price. I had one for a while, I've upgraded since then, but the one that I found on Tiger is good for the price.
