Does all man share the same ideas towards morality? Surly this can not be, given rapist, and murders. Or do they act in folly to their own nature? If some nature good, and some not good; rapist, murders, thief's, liars, etc then is society as we have it split at the seem, good on one side and evil on the other? Or are we all mixed together randomly? If we are mixed randomly, and we are

A good man runs the risk of getting robbed.

A bad man robs, and goes to prison. Had it his way, this would fine.

This states both good and evil would be better separated to live by their own agenda. Only question is, who reigns?

There is no evil and no good. These are ideas in the human mind: what we think will benefit us and what we think will harm us. The capacity to do both exist in every human being; the chance to choose one action over another is potentially available to every human, every time we face a decision. In reality, nothing is quite that simple or that easy. We all struggle with the meaning and purpose and consequences of good and evil every single day. I don't think it's going to be resolved in this thread.

I have developed a universal code of morality. The key is to realize that considering context is not a cop-out in establishing universal morality; in other words this universal code can be a set of guidlines to dissecting actions on a case by case basis. Two concepts everyone can agree upon are 1. biological pain and 2. the list of universal emotions. Even though the triggers of pain and sadness vary from person to person and culture to culture, the point is that every sane human is aware of what negativity is (physical and emotional). Thus, everyone knows that evoking negativity upon others is bad.

The only variables are consent and knowledge/circumstantial ignorance of all parties involved.

So we keep the guy who steals, but hate rape? We have to be one when it comes to morality. We need to segregate, or will never be happy infinitely, all of us.

Right. However, this is only referring to a good man's morality. If rapist, and murders were the population, what would moral code state? Or would it be written the same (MORALITY), but ignored? Do they see themselves immoral to the universe, or do we tell them they are not welcomed because we do not compute together? Most likely, we tell them they are not welcomed, after constant offense to us good.

In life we run into many circumstances that have to be adjusted to in order to resolve them. Sometimes we must kill in order to save lives, as in the case of stopping a person who has a gun and is shooting other people with it or if someone tries to hurt you. Life is full of things that must be dealt with by adjusting to whatever may happen to anyone. If we are starving and have no income we will steal food in order to survive.

If we need to pay the rent and we don't have the money people sometimes revert to holding up a store and taking the stores money in order for the rent to be paid. People change due to all sorts of things happening to them. A good person was not born that way nor a bad person born bad either. Many times the conditions and parents to which people are born lead them to becoming a bad or good person but alas anyone can change at anytime.

That's what you say now, have you ever been in a situation where you couldn't buy food? What if you were broke and you were starving and no one gave you any food, wouldn't you consider stealing in order to survive or would you just lie down and die?

Your being silly with that kind of thinking because that isn't going to ever happen in todays world, to many people , to little land for everyone to use for themselves.

Already done. Called prison. The judgment we use to identify the bad ones is imperfect and the method we use to segregate them is evil.... which makes us all evil to that extent.

One reason is that we'd have to cut most of the people into sections: mostly bad, partly good; two-thirds good, one third bad; ninety percent good, three percent bad, seven percent undecided - throw that piece in the middle, between walls. In fact, you'd have to throw quite a lot of chunks of quite a lot of people into that middle, no-man's-land, because most of us are only sort-of-good most of the time, and all of us can sometimes be bad to various degrees. So, we'd have a young girl who stole a lipstick in with the bad people, getting raped, and the torturer who thinks he's a patriot in among the good people. Very confusing and not very fair.
Instead, why not try arranging circumstances so as to make being good easier for more of the people more of the time?

I like were you are going. I have a theory to test good and evil. Love, pacifism, faith, and hope. Formulate a series of questions to see what inspires each individual to love, or faith and we can identify your moral stance, white or black.
