Those things are man made creations. There probably is other life out there in the universe, things we cannot imagine. However we know that physics, Chemistry and Biology are the same because all the molecules and forces are the same all over the universe as far as we can tell.

The plan could be to nuke it. Putin is about to get very desperate. Russia's biggest exports are oil and petroleum products with China and India being their biggest customers. Trump's tariffs are dropping the price of oil, which can slow down Putin's war machine substantially. With the tariffs on China and Putin begging Xi for money, Xi is going to have both Trump and Putin by the short and curlies. Putin is about to get desperate.
