Giant Truck-Bomb in Kabul

It was a tanker truck, filled with explosives, detonated in Kabul's government district near the Presidential Palace and several foreign embassies. It left a crater in the street that looks maybe 10 feet deep.

Death toll 90 and rising. Some 400 wounded and that will probably rise as well. The wounded are said to include 11 Americans at this point.

This is said to be the German embassy after the explosion. The Germans just say that there are "a number" of casulties. The French and Turkish embassies were even closer to the blast and might be in worse shape.:

I'd like to know how your man "The Donald's" policy of less diplomacy and more military aggression will end global terrorists events like this one.
