Hello guys,
I had a problem with my ECD detector on 7890B GC, output is 862926,5.
I have tried these procedures:
1) Reconfigure ECD
2) Bake out of ECD
3) Defect checking (Electrometer, EPC module, ECD signal board- not injured)
4) Checking connection ( reconnect cables, checking the cable for a defect)
Even if I remove EPC module and Electrometer connection, the output
was not 0 ....it was still 862926
Please help me with this problem, it is so important for me.

Sorry, Beki, but if you are hoping to find an expert in the servicing of gas chromatographs on this forum, you might be in for a long wait.

Maybe you could try calling the manufacturer's servicing department.

I've tagged exchemist, he may know more about GC. Other than that there is a chemistry expert on physics forums called Borek. He is also a mentor.

Did you get sorted Beki? If not you can try physics forums. They have a chemistry section mentored by an expert called Borek. Two minutes to join, read the rules (quite strict but straightforward) introduce yourself then go into the chemistry section and ask away.
