I remember most of the names, Keeop, 7zark7 and 1rover1, but one still eludes me.
What was the girl in the swan costume called? *grin*
Nothing wrong wiht manga. Unless, of course, you're recommending Urotsukidoji; unmitigated shite doesn't even begin to cover it.Originally posted by Lexx
I started off my Manga collection with Urotosukidoji. Wow, that was one big eye opener! I had no idea what I had let myself in for!
I recommend Legend of the Four Kings as well.
(This is turning into a Manga thread - I'm so sorry!)
I wouldn't go as far as to call Guyver "good"; one average story repeated twelve times, perhaps. Most of the best anime are available on single disks (or tapes); if you want a short series, Ushio and Tora is a mere six episodes, and is great fun. Bubblegum Crisis is eight episodes (don't watch Bubblegum Crash).Originally posted by Lexx
I have Ghost in the Shell, yes it's good. I am not interested in amassing a huge Manga collection, so although stuff like Gyver is good, I would not be rushing out to buy it.
I can't afford to buy collections that large. Ghost was good because it's one tape! Legend is also good bacause it's on six! (rather small for a Manga series!)
