Wouldn't doing gymnastics be better than thai chi and yoga? As long as you incorporate the breathing and meditations, I think gymnastics would give you strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, etc better than the others right? Is there an artform that sort of incorporates all of these types of exercises in one?

Hm, I'm not an expert on gymnastics, but I think it is pretty different and all of them have their own benefits.

One thing that tai chi and yoga can help with more than gymnastics probably can is developing posture and postural muscles. Even though all of those involve balance, in gymnastics I *think* you use mostly phasic muscles to balance yourself rather than postural muscles.
