True but if you saw the last ep of the series you would know that they are going old skool. They are a dying race so they need to get that sex drive working again so once they have done some gene splicing with their ancestors they will all start wearing thongs to turn each other on

May be the writers tought, the Asgurads with the present bodies is too much. We have to go back to the basics - sex and food, not to mention real actors inside plastic suit....

Thats all we need, the Asgards pitching up in orbit, beaming down to a pharmisist and getting a supply of condoms for the Asgard race.

(I know theres a flaw in that, how can you multiply with condoms)

 

But they would beam down to perchase some of what we humans call Barry White, They will buy love songs to help them 'get it on'.
