Exercise my behind off although I do martial arts so my exercise if pretty rough already...
Yess I've heard that ur body weight is made mostly of water weight so would exercise that makes me sweat it out would get rid of that weight drastically???
You can only make yourself lose about 10 lbs. in water weight, it doesn't affect the way you look, and you feel horrible.
EDIT:
The problem here is that people want an easy way to lose weight. There isn't any.
Exercise more, eat better food, and eat less. That's the only way you can do it. Anything else is probably a scam.
