Dimensions are degrees of freedom.
In one dimension you have one degree of freedom.
In two dimensions, you have two degrees of freedom - each independent of the other.
In three, you have three degrees of freedom. Movement in any one dimension is independent of all others. You are free to move along an X-axis without changing your Y or Z coordinate.
That is what dimensions are.

A mirror does not change that; it grants no additional movement. A mirror does not allow you to move along some fourth axis while remaining fixed at [X,Y,Z]. If you move along the X-axis, the reflection will move along the X-axis.

In fact, a mirror does not affect your freedom of movement at all. You cannot move anything in the mirrors reflection directly; you can only move the source object. You can't even insert something into it that isn't in the source space. A mirror - or multiple mirrors - produce nothing more than an image.

Look at my example in post 12. The OP makes statements based on a lack of knowledge of mirrors and spatial dimensions.
