I was at cabellas using their computer and http source code just popped up overlapping the screen. Wtf?!?!

USAA wouldn’t load documents.

my mother has had two fraud purchases From her cards in a week.

global massive down turn in sales = massive number of more people attempting to hack into sites to get money and account numbers
its like rain when its over cast
its heavily over cast and raining in many places
expect rain

the sites will be in desperate mode trying to patch any weaknesses that become exposed

no body wants a cashless society when someone wire scams all their cash out of their bank and they cant buy food or medicine

or you are ridiculously rich and not paying any tax & forgot to bribe the right people

fyi
it is more likely to be a carrier than the actual site
or the payment carrier
complications between them while they attempt to update software and link new stuff together.
probably some older systems being used & rented cheap that might be crashing shit because of incompatibility and new security software protocols etc

ssl site certificate updates etc
as u jump to the payment screen ?
bouncing authenticator is hitting your browser and it sees a conflict.
possibly a last minute update where they forgot to include certain patches of browsers
or its a conflict security link to listed existing customer unique identifiers
they may have upped their security and accidentally locked out some of their existing customer list by not including variations of existing rules for different states and conditions etc

they may have thought they ticked all the boxes but someone added a last minute extra box that was not listed or they missed one completely

normal kinda stuff

pressure testing is what is needed and mostly missed in such a economic down turn
because it is a default fail rather than a default spend they dont risk exposing your money or their liability
so its not an urgent issue
