while trying to do things online i notice i have neck pains, back pains, queasyness.

I want to do science and learn maths. but i cant focus. i can barely watch videos more than 2 minutes long. the way i want to learn maths and science is by getting a relaxing massage. i can barely focus at all due to poor ergonomics.

i believe we as a society must focus on improving ergonomics if we are to improve as a species and as a society.

...perhaps I can help Gamelord?! Lie on the bed and feel the plinky plinky music washing over you. A good night's sleep always helps, so I suggest a hot-chocolate drink, the ten o'clock news, then bed. I frequently lack sleep because I have my bedside radio-alarm-clock permanently on the local radio station, and that's twenty-four-seven buddy... ☺

Tried to read books laying on my back, still uncomfortable.
What is plinky plinky music?

I love hot chocolate but I hate the news. I hate negative energy, the most I can tolerate is some minor debates on sci-forums but that's about it.

I meant, "Plinky plunky." You can lie on your side. You hate the news? It's important to keep abreast of current affairs. Glad you like hot-chocolate though. ☺

I don't know why it is, as the voting system is rigged and most people have no power to change politics anyway.
