Does sciforums, need more rules?

what i meant by those rules, is, i mean, you people are sick, you have a complexe called "islam", anytime you hear that word, or you see someone muslim or arab on here, or any topic kinda relate to arab, or muslims, or islam, you directly start insulting and mocking and and and... why you people are so barbaric??? didnt you ever heard of culture and relegion divercity? ever hjeard of relegion freedom and free thoght? you act like you do, but, when it comes about muslims or arabs and islam, you always try to force your ideas, by insulting, mocking, or whatever, you wish, and you want to erase everything you don't like or think it's stupid in their mind, isn't that a dictatorship?
(ps: i'm not talking about all members in here, just in general according of what i see on here)
so, does scifoums have to start making rules against insulting and mocking othere's beleifs and culture and race? does it have to start to pu soem morals and tolerance in here?
if you was on a tunisian forum, or many other forums and said anything insulting any relegion seriously, or beleif, or mocking of it, you'll get banned directly, and ignored, so, why do you here, LOOOOOVE to insult and mocke and fight and kich? why so? freedom, doesnt mean to mock others' beleifs or culture or race, freedom. "your freedom stops when others freedom is hurted" (told it to us in school :p ) why there's no rules against all that, why there's no rules.

sciforums=anti-tolerance+racism+culturism+dictatorship-thoghts.

again, i'm not talking about everyone

Expression of ideas does not inhibit your freedom to express ideas.

I believe in religious freedom and freedom of expression, why do you want to be a dictator and inhibit my freedom to express my distain for religion and some aspects of culture?
 
One must have the freedom to mock, if the subject is suitably mockable. Or possibly even not. Western society permits some level of acceptable mocking.

When one imposes limits on mocking, it always pans out that one belief in particular is protected, and the rest not.

i mean mocking is ok effcorse, but, some times that mocking is off-limit, also kinda insulting, is ok, but, insulting most times, is off-limit

Or, to be more assholish: you first. Mocking someone's beliefs is one thing, but actually suppressing people for their religion is another.
