I'm pretty sure that there is nowhere in the United States where it is legal for more that two people to be married to each other at any given time.
 
that's ok...the US only exists in my mind when I have to fly there for a scientific conference...

i was wondering when people are thinking of polygamy, they are only thinking of 1 man and multiple women, or also 1 woman and multiple men.

UUUHHH ACTUALLY....

Poligamy is legal in the United Staes. No necessarily in all States but there are enitre poligamist communites in the United States. Its been broad cast over international television. If it wasn't leagal I think they would have been shut down...
 
I believe it is the cultural stereotype to think of men with multiple women. I've never heard of women with multiple men? Anyone have proof that will contradict me?
