Can I get a scientific view on this pregnancy scare?

Ok yes I know what most of you guys will say "you shouldn't be doing that" "get sex ed" "troll?"
But im genuinely scared about this scare. To begin with there was no type of sex present....or for that matter ever! All clothes were on and there was never direct skin to skin contact such as penetration/manual sex. This maybe a little gross. Okay to begin with this began on saturday march 23 on a bus ride back home from a competiton.
We did nothing but makeout/cuddle....of course after making out he would've precame but I didn't know after he told me. Anyways when we stopped for a restroom break, I stayed on and touched myself in the process of fixing my pad (5th day of period) I know i did touch myself because some blood got on my hand and had to go wash them. Anyways my main concern is that if precum would've made It's way as a wet spot on his jeans, I touched the wet spot, then touched myself. could I get pregnant? My hand never felt wet or sticky until of course, touched my vagina, so I don't even know if I ever got sperm on my hand... But it's microscopic. In any possible way could I get pregnant? Can some one provide some scientific point of view? Yes I know how stupid this question sounds, but please im super panicked! Thanks in advance.

Fact there is sperm in precum
Fact you can get pregnant during your menstruation time
However the total situation as described make it extremely unlikely you would be pregnant
While I am unaware of the personal aspects of your situation I am sure you would benefit from a face to face chat with a health professional
Test for pregnancy can begin as early as about a week after the event
See about arranging such a test, but don't rely on a single reading
Suggest testing every couple of days over a couple of weeks if practical but please be guided by face to face chat with health professional

Okay, But is my situation possible if there wasnt sex and if there was contact with sperm it would have been by clothing and not by direct touching of the male genetal. And im turning 16 in a couple of months.
Also I don't have much access to a doctor but I did talk to a school nurse about my situation.

some cultures & countrys are quite evil toward teenagers & sexual development.
find a doctor who you feel comfortable with & will not betray your privacy.
talk to other girls.
ask them who they go to
what their doctor is like
how they feel

do not isolate yourself.
you dont have to tell them why you want to go to the doctor or why you want to change doctors.
i have met and chatted privately wit many women who have changed their doctor many times not because of the doctor, but because they didnt feel perfect.
eventually they find someone they can relate to and are able to discuss things with which helps the doctor help you become better and live a much better safer healthier life.

I think it would be extremely unlikely for you to become pregnant from what you describe.

You're obviously worried about the possibility, though. I would suggest that you get a pregnancy test just to give yourself peace of mind. You don't say what country you're in, but it is likely that you can buy one at a chemist/drug store/whatever you call those places where you live and do it yourself. Read the instructions.

Also, bear in mind that medical advice you get from people on the internet might not be accurate, and people telling you things on the internet are often unqualified (I am not a medical professional, for instance). You'll find lots of opinions here. If you're lucky, you might even find somebody who really knows what s/he is talking about. But don't think this is as good as getting advice from a professional.

As for the reactions you're likely to get here about the behaviour that led to your concern, try not to get upset about strangers wanting to make snap judgments about you on the internet. People here are likely to be suspicious because you apparently signed up just to ask this question (why us? why here? why haven't we seen you before?) Some people will try to moralise and tell you they think you ought to live your life, which is fine if you've asked for advice on that, but otherwise none of their business. As for sex ed, it's a lifelong learning process, not something you're expected to know everything about when you're young. It sounds like you're already well aware of the possibility of pregnancy, and the precautions you ought to take if you're having sex, which is an excellent start.

To sum:
Whenever there is sexual activity of the kind you mention (contact, fluid exchange), there is a non-zero chance of pregnancy.
There are no numbers that can describe the chances - no medical knowledge that will clear you. The only meaningful answer is: highly unlikely. Taking your description at face-value, it is vanishingly remote.

There is nothing to be accomplished by wondering if it has happened. Get a test. That will clear it up.

And know, going forward, that such activities as you engaged in do have a risk. If you are going to be sexually active, you can't avoid that risk, only mitigate it.

BTW, some terms that might help you:
Heavy petting: touching another's genitals.
Mutual masturbation: touching each other's genitals.
Dry humping (slang): mimicking intercourse, but with clothes on.

That last one seems to describe your scenario.

(Also, a bit of indefensible, baseless perspective: you were at least as likely to have been involved in a car accident in that scenario than to have gotten pregnant. Life is risky.)

With a big discussion of a failing education system that has utterly failed to educate students about basic biology, safe sex, sex in general and educate how one can get pregnant..

This is akin to 'can I get pregnant from sitting on a toilet seat' type of question, albeit way (way too much) more descriptive.

Indeed. Even here in The Great White North, our premier has rolled sex education back a few decades. I think they're teaching that sex grows hair on your palms.

find your local clinic
go and see them talk with the doctor, & the receptionist.
look at the brochures
see what services they offer and how to access them.
find drug stores which have caring non judgemental people in who dispense morning after pills and contraceptives and other health products.

knowledge & science is your best friend.
many people want to deny you knowledge about your own body so they can make you their slave.
don't let them win
people who deny or prevent you from gaining such knowledge are not your friend & should not be trusted.
keep it simple
... and no body has a right to any of your private information or opinions.
even though they will try to exploit and manipulate them out of you.
