Banned user list should not contain the computer-generated spam names.

The banned list is FULL of the computer-generated (auto-bot) names which I assume are spam attempts. I don't think those names need to be in this list. I think that only "real" people should be in this list. This would make the list more usable and would save some work for the mods.

Currently, for example, in the first displayed page are only three "real" members and seventeen auto-bot names.

Yes but I suspect the list is generated by the software when the "ban" button is pushed. If my supposition is correct, it would mean it would be a lot more work for the mods to amend the list to delete all the 'bots. And in any case there are not that many uses for the ban list. (In case you were looking for river, his month-long ban expires in a few hours from now......:D)

@exchemist - Sorry, I didn't realize that it was automatic. That's a different story. Thanks.

aww... river shouldn't be banned. he is such an interesting character/fella and funny without meaning to be.

Oystein:

I agree with you.

It is an automatically generated list. In principle, it should be possible not to list people banned using the anti-spammer button. In practice, though, I don't know whether the forum software offers that kind of functionality. And if it does, it's above the access level where I am able to make things happen.
