Are Atheist Ungrateful and superficial?

Rather than asking if there are reasons why you shouldn't view atheists this way, perhaps you should be asking yourself why you view them that way in the first place(given that you don't give any reason in your post). Usually we look for reasons to do something, not reasons not to do it.
Personally I've noted no more or less superficiality or ungratefulness in atheists than in any other group of people. Atheists, just like every other person on this planet, are human and therefore subject to the same "failings".

Why, when I can ask atheist and nonbelievers?
because the whole purpose of God is to guide us, so that we alone do not make haste decisions. Atheists and nobelievers, are alone, they do not have this guidance. I feel that asking atheists such a question would not be a sincere thing to do to them and yourself. Look in your heart first for answers.

Given that God has a well documented habit of not answering questions(non-existence can do that), I'd say that a person is more likely to get answers by asking them of the people they concern. If I want to know why my friend did a certain thing I don't go asking random people who aren't connected to the situation, I go and ask my friend directly.
We would argue that we don't need this guidance, we're perfectly capable of thinking long term without some invisible faerie in the sky telling us what to do. We make our own decisions based on the best information and planning available to any human on the planet, and since we don't even want guidance from "on high" about these things we have far less of a problem taking responsibility for our actions and their consequences. We would rather live and learn than be given an arbitrary and irrational set of rules by a being that nobody has even seen. You may believe that god exists, but I know that I do.
Why would it be insincere to ask atheists about themselves? Or are you saying that it would be disingenuous to ask others about why one feels a certain way?
This I agree with insofar as self-reflection is probably the most direct route to finding out why one feels some way or sees something in a certain light.

Atheists can have all sorts of personality traits. Do you mean grateful for anything in particular or just in general?

A lot of people are ungrateful and superficial and not just atheists.
It seems like you have a prejudice against atheists to begin with, which leads you to see these things only (or primarily) in atheists.

In the western world atheism is an of shut from Christianity and not the other way. Atheist is a person who wants to see god such as a king or a modern president , even in the past times a person could not talk to a king without an audience , but the atheist is an individual who want his way. An atheist wants that god would appear in the sky perhaps on weakly bases in the sky to say hallo to them
If you ever had a religious experience(minority of people do for what ever reason), then you would not be a atheist, as you would know life is more than us.

Atheists do not believe in God. Period.
That makes no sense. All humans, religious or athiest, seek self-determination if they are mentally able. What does your post mean, I wonder?
Athiests want religious people to stop fucking with the educational curriculum, passing oppressive laws, and throwing their religion around as weapons of political power and demands for forcing their social policy. Other than that, atheists don't care about any of this.
Before atheist way education , there was education . I am not against educational curriculum and there are millions of us that are in favor of education in natural science . Atheist are pushing their way , that there is no other way then atheist way. If you are honest you would remember your social and moral education is based on Jewish -Christian values .
