Oh yes..sorry Airbus...Boeing, if i recall right, is also preparing a comeback plane to counter the doubledecker.

I remember Airbus signing a billion dollar deal to deliver 10 DD airplanes.
 
Boeing is opting not for a larger plane, but for a faster one. But the problem with that is classic. If you are going to make a plane go fast, in order to make a profit you have to make the passenger pay more. The A-380 allows the company to put bars, duty free's even a gacuzi, inside the aircraft. All Boeing's new 7E7 series plane is allow you to sit down and STFU for the duration of the flight. But just for a shorter period of time.

Airbus has over 150 orders for the A-380 already...also Airbus has for the first time surpassed the Americans for airline orders. The US makes a lot of money byexporting planes, interesting times.
 
Holy shit the inside is beautiful....looks better than most houses...i am presuming that it is the First class or Buisness class they exhibit on the site because no way is economy class this sexy.

The A-380 is aerodynamically sound, they have been testing the aerodynamics of that thing for almost a decade. For instance if this can fly at 1 million pounds take off weight, that is without the Russian space shuttle on her back:

As for the interior i was reffering to the Airbus...even the economy interior is this sexy?

Goddamn that is a huge plane.....
 
Is there any work on commercial jets with SVTOL capability? I think a commercial jet that can take off and land anywhere would be worth a lot especially for crowded airports.
