OK people, request here. Advice me on any abs exercise that doesn't require using much of my back. Doing crunches is a big no-no...
I would like to work on my stomach, but my back is not very flexible/hurt and I can not put to much stretch on it.
So if you have a good exercise in your mind, just describe it for me, or pictures are even better!!!
