Not in your quote from your link. They are not talking about oil, they are talking about small-molecule gases, some of which they refer to as hydrocarbons, because they are.

They list the gases, and talk about them, and are quoted briefly. It's all right there in your link.

The thing I find highly amusing about the article in that link is that it's almost SIX years old!

Not only that but it speaks of an upcoming meeting that was supposed to discuss the issue with the "believers" presenting their evidence. Well, said meeting took place five years ago - and it's pretty obvious that their "evidence" was considerably less than compelling since NOTHING has been heard from the proponents since!!! HAR!!!!
