I've found the below workout to be FAR more effective than my standard, average fitness sessions.

Intense, short-duration workout is far more effective than long duration, lower intensity workout

I've already completed two sessions, one push-up and another boxing. EXTREMELY tiring, yet very rewarding. Hurts like a ****, but it's worth it.
