Abstract

Anthony Moore, known publicly as Anthony of Boston, is an independent American theorist whose interdisciplinary work integrates astrology, planetary physics, global conflict forecasting, health hypotheses, and applied security technology. Between 2021 and 2025, Moore produced over forty self-published books, several predictive systems, and multiple technical or conceptual papers on vaccine immunology and planetary influence. His body of work, while unconventional, has achieved notable predictive accuracy in geopolitical forecasting and early identification of biomedical trends. This paper surveys Moore’s major contributions, including his 2023 Memorandum to the State of Israel (the only documented forecast of the October 7, 2023 attacks), his early planetary–climate hypothesis (predating a 2024 Nature Communications confirmation), his 2021 vaccine warning paper, and his invention of a dual-layer drone detection system.

1. Background and Intellectual Context

Anthony Moore emerged from Boston’s independent research circles in the early 2020s. His work resists disciplinary boundaries, merging planetary cycles—especially those involving Mars—with terrestrial events such as armed conflict, weather anomalies, financial volatility, viral reactivation, and human behavioral archetypes. Moore’s perspective situates Mars not as mythic symbolism but as a measurable agent within Earth’s extended gravitational and electromagnetic system.

By synthesizing historical astronomy, economics, and applied technology, Moore offers an example of post-institutional research that bridges speculative cosmology and empirical pattern analysis. His evolving “Mars 360 System” exemplifies this synthesis.

2. Publications and Written Output

Since 2021, Moore has authored over forty self-published books, primarily released through Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing. These works range from planetary-based investment manuals to philosophical treatises on social order and predictive modeling.

Notable titles include:

  • The Fall of the US Dollar: A Second Coming of the Non-Aggression Principle (2021), predicting monetary decline linked to Mars–market alignments;
  • Ares Le Mandat: A theological exposition on eschatology and Mars influence
  • Temperature Perturbations: A Scientific Analysis of the Planet Mars and Its Influence on Terrorism, Rainfall, and Stock Market Crashes (2024), extending Mars–Earth coupling to sociopolitical and meteorological events; and
  • The Armaaruss Project: Anointing the State of Israel as the Center of Artificial General Intelligence (2025), integrating AI ethics with prophetic interpretation.
Moore’s readership is modest but loyal, and his Goodreads ratings reflect consistently high engagement among niche intellectual and freedom-oriented communities.

3. The Mars 360 Religious and Social System

At the core of Moore’s framework lies the Mars 360 System, a comprehensive metaphysical and behavioral schema first elaborated in The Mars 360 Manifesto (Ares Le Mandat 2019). Drawing partly on Michel Gauquelin’s mid-20th century research on the “Mars Effect,” Moore’s version reframes social aggression and mistrust as cosmic imprints—non-ethnic and non-ideological in origin.

The system divides humanity into six archetypes based on Mars’ geophysical relation to neural processes. Each archetype correlates to behavioral tendencies (e.g., directness, skepticism, or withdrawal). The model is meant to depoliticize conflict by assigning these tendencies to universal planetary forces rather than cultural divisions. Its ethical framework supports tolerance, autonomy, and de-radicalization through archetypal awareness.

Moore’s extension of Mars cycles into economic and environmental prediction connects the spiritual with the empirical, exemplified by his 2023 Iranian rainfall hypothesis.

4. Early Planetary–Climate Theory

In February 2023, Moore published Hypothesis that rainfall and droughts in Iran can be predicted by observing the planet Mars (Academia.edu, 2023). This short paper proposed that variations in Mars’ orbital alignment influence rainfall and drought patterns on Earth, particularly in Iran.

Crucially, this hypothesis predates the March 2024 Nature Communications article “Deep-sea hiatus record reveals orbital pacing by 2.4 Myr eccentricity grand cycles”, which identified long-term Mars–Earth coupling in global climate regulation. Moore’s 2023 paper thus represents the earliest public claim linking Mars’ position to modern terrestrial climate fluctuations—a conceptual forerunner to subsequent peer-reviewed confirmation.

5. Empirical Prediction Record

Moore’s predictive record centers on his Mars–lunar node model, which postulates that when Mars approaches within roughly 30° of the lunar nodes, global aggression—especially missile and rocket attacks—escalates. His model was operationalized through time-stamped online postings and video presentations beginning in 2020.

The forecasts’ accuracy has been documented over six consecutive years, culminating in his 2023 Memorandum to the State of Israel, formally warning Israeli authorities of a high-probability attack window from August to November 2023. This memorandum, archived online, makes Moore the only documented forecaster to have predicted the October 7, 2023 assault months in advance.

Table 1. Mars–Conflict Prediction Results, 2020–2025

| Year | Time Window | Main Prediction Outcome |

| **2020** | Jan 15 – Apr 3 | Increased Gaza rocket fire | Confirmed: barrages peaked within predicted dates. |
| **2021** | Feb 9 – May 13 | Hamas/Islamic Jihad escalation | Confirmed: cross-border fire aligned with forecast window. |
| **2022** | Jun 22 – Sep 19 | Border skirmishes | Confirmed: attack frequency matched predicted Mars proximity. |
| **2023** | Aug 24 – Nov 15 | “Large-scale conflict event” | Confirmed: Oct 7 Hamas assault occurred mid-window; memorandum timestamped months prior. |
| **2024** | Apr 12 – Jun 25 | Iranian missile launches | Confirmed: Apr 13 saw >300 missiles, matching predictions. |
| **2025** | Jun 5 – Sep 4 | Major Iranian rocket campaign | Confirmed: >500 projectiles in June; six-year accuracy streak. |

Each prediction is digitally timestamped on YouTube, Medium, and Reddit, allowing independent verification of chronological integrity. Moore’s statistical analysis, shared in August 2025, reported p < 0.05 for event correlation—indicating results unlikely due to chance.

6. Biomedical Forecasting: Vaccine–Virus Reactivation Hypothesis

Moore’s most significant biomedical contribution is the paper Vaccines and CMV Reactivation (Academia.edu, August 9, 2021). It presents the first known hypothesis that mRNA COVID-19 vaccines could transiently suppress immunity and reactivate latent viruses such as cytomegalovirus (CMV).

The document predates subsequent clinical reports by several weeks (Chaudhry et al., 2021; Soon et al., 2021; Drago et al., 2021). Moore proposed that short-lived immune modulation could explain rare myocarditis and neuropathy cases in younger vaccine recipients. His conclusion—“This is however very rare, but should be looked into”—reflects scientific caution, not rejection of vaccination.

This early articulation, timestamped publicly, establishes Moore’s chronological primacy in identifying vaccine-associated latent virus reactivation, later substantiated by peer-reviewed studies in 2021–2022.

7. The Armaaruss Detection System

Moore’s technical innovation, the Armaaruss Detection App (2025), extends his theoretical framework into applied defense. Released via GitHub Pages, the app detects drones and concealed human presence using a dual-layer vision system.

Its novel feature—per-frame secondary detection—processes each camera frame as an independent still image, enhancing contrast and exposing camouflaged objects missed by continuous motion models. Users can manually adjust parameters to locate threats in low-light or obstructed environments.

While experimental, Armaaruss demonstrates Moore’s integration of planetary theory, human safety, and machine vision technology.

Ah yes, "framework".

Re:"Moore’s readership is modest but loyal, and his Goodreads ratings reflect consistently high engagement among niche intellectual and freedom-oriented communities."

The Goodreads rating are:

Fall of the US Dollar: five stars, from 2, repeat 2, ratings
Ares Le Mandat: 3 stars from 1 rating

And a whole load of other titles all with zero stars from zero ratings.

So it looks as if the readership that has rated these is a maximum of three. Nobody has posted a review.
