Are elements made of the same substance although they are different parts?

All atoms are protons and neutrons and electrons and the number of protons defines the type of atom (hydrogen or helium or whatever) and the number of neutrons defines the isotope of that atom. So all elements are made up of the same three basic components in different combinations.

But are those made of the same substance or are they different?

What do you mean by substance? Protons and neutrons are different combinations of up and down quarks and they aren't made up of anything more fundamental and electrons are also fundamental.

I mean is all matter known to be a derivation if the Higgs boson or is all these waves made of different “items”

Nothing is a derivation of the Higgs boson. The Higgs is a gauge boson that is involved in giving mass to some particles. Quarks and leptons like the electron are different things.

So the Higgs boson stems from nothingness… is that what your saying?, because that’s the way it reads.

Or do you mean the particles you haven’t mentioned have mass gifted from the Higgs.

The Higgs boson isn't relevant to this discussion is what I am saying. It doesn't make up ordinary matter and has nothing to do with what atoms are made of.

How so? I thought it was the particle that gave mass to all other particles. The only boson to have mass

Atoms are made of protons and neutrons (or up and down quarks if you want to speak more fundamentally) and electrons not Higgs bosons.

So they are made of different matter? Matter itself has different forms?

You can easily look up the known fundamental particles if you want. There are seventeen confirmed but ordinary matter is only made of three of them the up and down quarks and the electron.

But are all these particles made from the same “substance”?

is it possible for all elements to originate from the same singular substance or can every element only be made by different substances? Are these substances primordial or is there one primordial substance?

You still haven't defined what you mean by substance and neither putting it in quotes nor adding "primordial" changes that.

A substance in the chemical sense is something like a lump of iron so it's made up of atoms and you are asking if atoms are made up of a thing made up of atoms? That makes no sense.

Fundamental particles are fundamental. By definition they aren't made of anything else they just are. There's no evidence of a level below that so there's no answer to "what are they made of" because as far as we know the question makes no sense.

So the answer is no, they are made up of different substances.

No the answer is that substance in the way you've defined it doesn't make sense in this context and I don't believe that there is a way you can define it that will make sense.

No the answer is they are all made from the same undefined substance

You were just arguing in your other thread that science should be all about observation and forget hypotheses yet here you are advancing an idea with no observations.
