Well since i just found out i actually installed xserver on my machine i figured i might as well use it. Could someone tell me what windows proggie i have to use to log onto my bsd box and get the gui?

/edit putty has x11 forwarding and when i type "startx" i do get a gui although only on the console not on the putty :bugeye:

VNC is pretty cool, there's a few variants though. TightVNC & RealVNC seem to be the most popular. Both are good. You'll need both windows & bsd versions, otherwise you'd be needing a X-Server for windows which I haven't bothered with for so long can't even remember what's available.
