    Maybe you know Porfiry.

BTW, never new of any who's online page.
I think tht the info can be seen at the bottom of mainpage.
some people might not want to be displayed in who's online list, because it shows hackers tht doors are open.
    Bye!

I know the difference well, Zion.
Crackers are yust punks who want to go in and destroy.
But hackers may as well as crackers or even better penetrate security systems.

    But if you want ok

And WHO configured it that way?

Is it me or has this whole Hacker Cracker thing evolved into some other meanings than I once heard they were. When I first hit the net an investigated system security I found the following terms:

A hacker, hacks (tries to gain access to a network, and gain information)

A Cracker, Cracks (Cracks codes, but also can be classed as a Coder)

A Phreaker, Phreaks, (gains information about people via the phone, and also uses methods of getting free calls)

Now everythings different, Hackers of then are now termed Crackers, and Crackers something completely different. It's bleeding confusing, but I thought that perhaps "True" hackers are trying to down play the whole "Evil" sterotyping, by renaming the bad guys as Crackers.

(Crackers to me are still just Code junkies, Cypherers etc.)
