Let me explain to you in scientific terms so you won't understand.

When I report a member (n>30) I have a certain "success" rate. Success is defined as editing of the offending post, or an infraction given to the offender by the moderator/administrator team.

This success rate is fairly constant and hovers around the 30% mark.

This is my control.

Success rate member = 30%

I have reported posts by moderators/administrators (n>20). Since they cannot receive an infraction the success rate is defined as editing of offending post, or a response by a higher authority through private message.

The success rate mod/admin = 0%

Statistically this is impossible unless there is a bias in the system.

There can be two causes for bias. The reporter. And the authority handling the report. And since I am an objective scientist and lovely human being it is obvious that the bias lies with the authority.
