It's the same paranoia, only the fear of communism is replaced by fear of terrorists, it's pathetic, you'd think people would learn from the past? people now think that the cold war was ridiculous, but in 30 years imagine what people will think of this war against terror?

I made a small mistake : I put "yes" for the poll while I should have answer "no". The war against terror is not as ridiculous as the president who started it. The main idea is not ridiculous : to fight terrorists. However the way George is doing it is "stupid". Iraq was not a "war against terror" goal... The beginning was right with Afghanistan, but now George's fellowship is looking for other objectives than terrorism.
