Well isn't this a nice virus? It attacks computers infected with the blaster worm and removes that program, then it will try to download and install the patch from microsoft. Finaly we see a "virus" that actually helps people.
That's nice... but still illegal as it comes on a computer without your agreement! That's why it's unusual.
Actually, no. It isn't nice.
It infects fast, and as soon as it has gained a new host it takes up huge amounts of bandwith. Pinging all over the place and downloading updates, effectively grinding everything to a halt.

I wonder what they would call that? A reto-anti-virus, a good virus, a goody-two-shoes virus, a for-your-own-good virus, ect?
A suppository-virus... you've got it in your ass, that's not really great but that's for your own good ;)

good one. :) the class of computer virus that fixes your computer instead of doing something directly bad shell forever be known to me as a "Suppository virus".
And there's no copyright for it! (Yes, I know : I'm too good... :rolleyes: )
