Well I always say this. How hard is it to plop on the couch and watch "T.V". It's just different no more useless.

Also "working" 16 hours a day for some people is just as masterbatory. Some people just "love" to not even be home.

sounds perfectly fine to me......but when you have a wife partner whatever kids....family you should not spend your life gaming and ignoring everything and everybody else. Gaming should not come first, it should be a HOBBY not your life.......

I do agree though some ppl sit themselves infront of the tv and veg out all night , so really that isn't any different.

As for kids they need to have a limit on this stuff......esp in the summer i want them outside playing with their friends......sports and whatever.....

Perhaps. It all depends on how video games are used. I've always been supportive of educational video games and simulations. But the demand for such games is not as profitable as the next generic shooting game.

yeah well try finding a game for an 11 yr old boy......its either too babyish or has nothing but violence (which don't bother me that much) or boobs flying out of everything with sexual themes and language.......

most games are made for 30 something geeks are the games that shitty
that most covers have some super unnatural.......massively boobed character on the front.

No, I do believe it can teach spelling and grammar. As a kid I loved the role-playing genre of video games, which meant reading many lines of dialog and narration. I would give credit to video games for encouraging my reading comprehension at a young age.
