But it seems it thinks i posted before him. Look at the time posted. It even says i posted before him but its not so.

Time may be depend on what you or another have set for your time adjustment.

Both of you can write a post at the same time in answer to a topic. I have seen many times that after writing the post that another has posted while I was making a reply.

Have you considered this?

Costume settings for time zone don't affect the time stamp of posts. If it did there would be something seriously wrong with the database.
Also if it did all the posts would be seriously jumbled in order because we got people posting from all over the world.

I think I posted this about 45 minutes before you answered it. The time stamp shows nearly 2 hours difference. This one falls within minutes.
