"Sexual" simply means, the people who you desire a sexual relationship with "Homo" on the other hand means same. therefore homosexual is generally interpreted as someone who has sexual desires towards people of the same gender as them. However it could also be interpreted as "someone who has sexual desire towards the same person every day/time" someone like a faithfull wife Therefore you should be glad if your wife is homosexual as they don't have sexual desire towards anyone but you
