It is a built in feature in Vista. These things on the right side are called gadgets (widgets in browser lingo). They continiously updating during market hours, just like the weather info.

Also if one's business happens to be trading, it is useful...

Here is a list of gadgets I have just found, I think UEFA scores are cool too!:

    How about this one?:

This Windows gadget displays the latest train running information for any train station in the United-Kingdom.

The whole point is that it is right on your desktop.

It isn't like I really need a clock or a calendar there either, but looks nice instead of a completely empty, but nice picture. Also, those are called indeces (Dow, Nasdaq) and usually not delayed.

Well, the screenshot tells more about you by the programs and folders...

    For those who doesn't know:

    1. Push PrintScreen
    2. Save it somewhere using Paint.
    3. Upload it to tinypic.com
    4. Copy the pic's URL here...

Those are lovely, thanks! But my primary goal was to have a picture of the homeland on my desktop. I have lovely nature shots from my own hiking trips and walks in the parks here in U.S., but I prefer pictures of homeland pine woods (or what's left of them).
