Actually, the burden of proof is on the poster of the OP. From a cursory search, I can find nothing substantiating the original claim.

I've read through the 8th Session Resolutions and Statements, and I can't find what Islamophobes are going on about. Maybe one of them will be so kind as to cite a binding resolution, or at least an official HRC statement. I'm starting through the 9th but I'm beginning to sense that I've been had.

I can imagine many contexts in which the notion of national sovereignty does crop up, and that the concept, interpretations, and misinterpretations of "Sharia" is not a productive point of approach for the members. Nor should the HRC debate or adopt one of the various versions of the Mosaic 10 Commandments, Vatican whatever-#-it-is-now, or the Southern Baptist Convention's latest fatwas, etc.
