For XNA it would require a device driver that can be interfaced with the input abstraction layer. Current Kinect interfaces emulate mouse and keyboard functions which are compatible with XNA. Also some of the hacks are compatible with direct capture. There, as I can work out, are two video streams from the kinect. One is a Zmapped video stream and the other a colour video stream. XNA provide video capture and with the lock interface it is easy to interpret both streams.

But I cant wait for the full interface. Just hope Microsoft provide a driver for window7.

I highly doubt Microsoft is ever going to be releasing drivers, or at least for a LONG time. It stimulates purchase of the XBox, if it can be hacked to fit anything the profit margins drop big for Microsoft.

Don't expect Win7 drivers any time soon.
