I think that he might taste like chicken, but wouldn't it really suck balls if he tasted so wonderful you couldn't describe it to anyone, what if he was the best food you'd ever had but there were only 1 of him. I would be pissed!

But the chance to eat a billion year old Dino would certainly be worth it, you'd always have that in your life and be able to say "I ate the Dino mummy so screw you." That in itself is priceless!

I believe Dinosaurs would taste better and more interesting than our current foods, they are afterall from another ecosystem, time peirod, etc.
