rabbits are a pest here. the government pays full time rabbit hunters. in addition to that, most farmers will give you a box off ammo and a box of beer in exchange for a nights rabbit hunting on their farm.

i havent killed a rabbit but i have eaten one, the reason why i havent shot one is because i would feel so guilty, i had my sons BB gun a while ago and this big wood pigeon was sat on the fence, and i shot at it, the small plastic ball hit the birds claw, and it squealed and i cry for ages after. i couldne sleep without seeing this bird screech!!

luckely the bird lived and flew away!! i will never ever do anything like that again
