    most likely: Yes
    At least one of these laws will go to the supreme court.
    With nine different statutes to choose from, strategy becomes important.

    Alabama seems most likely to be an easy win, but might not address Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, Ohio, nor Missouri.

    another Missouri compromise on the way?

    It's just politics, and it is intended to go to the SC. Both.
    The Republicans don't really know what's written into their bills - that's a liberal concern.
