I've heard a lot of stories like this (it's a link) lately where PayPal is freezing/holding funds of its users without any valid reason. But, freezing the funds and then offering a business loan, that's insane. Or perfect example of racketeering. Do you use PayPal? Care to share some horror stories? Or recommend some better alternative?
